Why You May Be Struggling To Conceive

If you’ve been trying to get pregnant for a while but you’re struggling, there may be a number of reasons for this. Some of them, you may not have even considered! Read on to work out what could be stopping you from having a baby:

Working Too Closely With Chemicals

If you’re taking on dangerous jobs and working too closely with chemicals, they could be affecting your chances of falling pregnant. If at all possible, give these jobs to somebody else.

Not Eating Right

Taking the right vitamins and eating the right foods plays a huge part in how easily you get pregnant. Make sure you’re aware of the safe foods and the not so safe foods that could be affecting your fertility. The foods you eat can also affect your weight, which needs to be healthy to get pregnant. Get into good habits like this before you fall pregnant so your baby is as healthy as can be.

Stress

Your stress levels can stop you from falling pregnant. Think about it; why would our bodies want to bring a baby into a stressful environment?

You Haven’t Given It Enough Time

It can take a woman under the age of 35 having regular sex up to 1 year to get pregnant. Maybe you haven’t given it long enough.

You’re Not Doing It When You’re Most Fertile

You should have an idea of when you’re most fertile and aim to get busy around that time for the best results!

There are other options for those who are struggling to conceive too. Check out the following infographic:
