Hot Dots Tots are a Great Gift for the Toddlers! @Ed_Insights #EducationalInsights #HolidayGiftGuide

Hot Tots

My youngest is almost two so I thought this would be a great set for him. He likes being read to and so this is the perfect next step by adding some interaction. The Hot Dots Tots Animals Board Book Set is a great way to read with my child and teach him at the same time.

The set comes with two board books and Elliott the musical teaching bear.

I had a little trouble with Elliot at first. He has to be exactly on the right spot in order to work. I actually like that he only works with the correct answer because then it’s obvious if they are right or wrong. However, when he isn’t on the right spot even on the right answer, it can be confusing.

The books are wonderful and I like that they provide great variety on the kinds of questions they ask regarding things that toddlers are learning at this age. From shapes to colors and animals, it’s a great learning tool for toddlers.

My son is delighted when he gets the right answer and Elliott is such a positive affirmation.

I think going forward for future versions of this Elliott could use a little work but my toddler loves him and likes to carry him around even when we aren’t reading. Since he only lights up with the books I don’t have to worry about batteries being wasted!

The Hot Dots Tots is an adorable set for toddlers and would make such a wonderful gift for this holiday season. The books help them learn and the bear makes them think it’s just all for fun so everyone wins! Enter below to win a set for the little one on your list!
