Swaddle Blankets Giveaway

Jax is technically past the ideal swaddling age now that he’s over one but that doesn’t mean that I don’t still love to cover him with nice blankets! When he was a newborn we had the Aiden & Anais blankets that were so popular and I really liked them. They were pricey but worth it to me. Now that I know there is a nicer option, these Bamboo Baby Swaddle Blankets are my first choice!

Why do I prefer this brand? The main reason is they are softer and shrink less. Since they are 70% bamboo and 30% cotton as opposed to the 100% cotton in other brands, they hold their shape better and stay the same size as when you bought them. They are also much softer. I found the other brands to be rough to the touch. These have the same benefit of being lightweight and big enough to swaddle well; but also remain soft after washing.

The other major benefit is that bamboo helps absorb moisture so even when the blanket gets wet, baby stays dry!

The price is pretty comparable to others out there except that they come with five blankets instead of the standard four. These would make such a great baby shower gift. I know it was one of my favorites at my shower and one that I didn’t stop using, even when the newborn days were over.

The patterns are adorable and this particular set is gender neutral so it’s great for those that don’t want to find out what they are having or just for moms, like me, that really like green and brown!
