My kids actually do not have a problem going to sleep now in this stage of our lives and lately they have been so tired they can hardly stay awake through our nightly reading. I just wanted the Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea Relax at Bedtime CD to play at bedtime because I thought it would be fun to try something new. We had just visited an aquarium so I figured this would also help keep my boys interest in the ocean to continue.
I read the warnings about not listening to this CD while driving or kids should wear their earbuds or headphones in the car. Once I listed to the first few minutes I understood why! Honestly, listening to the CD was a little strange for me at first because it is continual talking and I was expecting mostly soothing instrumental music with maybe some sea life sounds.

Sleep Well for Kids Under the Sea Relax at Bedtime CD has a great concept really. I know there are similar CDs for adults and this is the first one I have run across for kids. My kids, ages six and two listened very well to the whole CD which is about 45 minutes.
My kids are pretty easy going so I was not surprised that they listened to the CD, but I think for those who are not wanting to go to sleep it might take some practice to get into the routine of listening to and falling asleep to this CD. I am thankful my kids do go to sleep well these days, but if they didn’t I would give this CD a try.
