My Thoughts
We all know we need to drink a lot of water, especially if we are trying to loose weight. Skinnygirl Daily on the go Nutrition has many products, but I was lucky to review the Vitamin Power Packs. These Vitamin Power packs are a multi-vitamin & electrolytes combined with a certain function in powder form that you add to 10oz of cold water. I received one packet of each flavor, which is:
- Strawberry Lemonade plus Energy & Alertness
- Tangerine plus Immunity
- Blueberry Lemonade plus Stress Relief & Calm
- Wild Berry plus Hair Skin Nails
My favorites were the Tangerine and the Strawberry, because I think that they had the best flavor and were just plain yummy! What a wonderful burst of flavor and what a great change from the boring taste of plain old water.
I only had one of each pack so I cannot say if they do everything that they state that they do. While I did feel a calmness after drinking the Blueberry Lemonade I am not sure if I was just overly tired or if it was the drink.
I know that I will definitely be buying a few packets of each of my favorite flavors to see what the long-term results are and to change up my boring water a bit. Great idea Skinnygirl Daily, they are very compact and you just pour it right into your water bottle, which makes them easy for those of us that are on the go!
