Mothers Day Gift Ideas

I have been sick for three days and haven’t had much sleep because I either can’t breath or my back hurts after laying down. Needless to say I am miserable and right now sleep is about all that I am thinking of … so here are my “Sleep Quotes”.

divider3 If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying.  It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep.
~Dale Carnegie

People who say they sleep like a baby usually don’t have one.
~Leo J. Burke

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.
~Irish Proverb

Sleep is a symptom of caffeine deprivation.

People who snore always fall asleep first.

Nothing cures insomnia like the realization that it’s time to get up.

    This quote cracked me up:

It’s SO true in our house! Hubby will be asleep within 5 minutes of his head hitting the pillow…and keep me awake with his snoring!! :)

Definitely in our home too Stacy. My twins actually will say “We can’t fall asleep with Daddy…he snores!!”

Sorry to hear you have been sick! I hope this week brings you that sleep you need.
I love all your quotes, the sleeping like a baby one has been one of my favorites since having children! I also love this one:
Nothing cures insomnia like the realization that it’s time to get up.
