All children reach an age where they start to have questions about their bodies. I am not referring to the “sex” questions. I am talking about the basic questions. Like how does my tummy know what is good for it.  What happens to my food after I swallow it. What makes me have blood in my body and so on…

Basic questions that have an impact on how they view their wonderful bodies. Our bodies are so intricately and perfectly woven together that it might be  hard for the average mom and dad to answer. I know that it is for me. Half the time I have to look the question on the Internet before I answer it.
