My daughters might not be babies any longer…but like all moms do…I will consider them my babies forever. It’s just the way it goes.

When I first received this book…I thought it would be a great book to read to my just turned 2-year old, great niece. But my daughter saw it and wanted me to read it to her.

As we sat together, snuggled on the couch I could see that her eyes and heart were completely transfixed by this simple, sweet board book.

Page after page we read “together” why the Mama loved her baby so much…my little one’s eyes were moist from tears…she was really listening to this book as if it was I who had created it…just for her.

After watching her reaction and experiencing that moment with her…this book belongs to her. It will always be a sweet reminder of how much I love her.

Delightful, colorful illustrations. Easy to read and follow for young readers. Great reinforcement for little hearts to remember they are loved. This is a perfect gift to give to every child on your Christmas list this year.
