My Baby Loves… Launches CD Series Debut

What Does the IE Mommy Think?:

I have to admit that when I first learned of My Baby Loves…my thoughts were “Really? Madonna and Michael Jackson? Really?” To say I was skeptical would be putting it mildly.

But you know what? It works! I mean it really works and it works well. Madonna has so far been my favorite between the two.  I just received the 80’s and the Christmas CD…so I will be reviewing* those soon. There are four great CDs in total. I look forward to listening to the other two.

My Baby Loves…Madonna is Madonna at her finest. Most of the songs are from her earlier years which I happen to favor.  Click on the song titles below to listen to music sample.

I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I reviewed the My Baby Loves…Madonna CD. Her songs were upbeat, soothing and beautifully  orchestrated to please a baby or little ones. My girls enjoyed listening to them in the morning as we get dressed and begin school. It creates a gentle transition from waking up, getting ready and going to school. It is very soothing and rhythmatic.

Like I mentioned…never would I have thought that Madonna’s music could be a lullaby. But I stand sit here corrected. It can and it has been done extremely well.  If the other two CD’s are anything like the first two…we are in for a listening treat!

September 22 marks the debut of My Baby Loves…Madonna, including “Crazy for You,” “Cherish,” and “Holiday.” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Time After Time,” and “Sweet Dreams” – you’ll hear them all on My Baby Loves…the 80’s, due out October 6th.
